A beautiful day to be out. Saw TWELVE bears. Yes, 12.
Five separate encounters, all of the good memory/bad picture variety. Two males, three sows, seven cubs.
Parked at White Oak Canyon.
Cedar Run trail - Lower Hawksbill Trail - Salamander trail - AT, northbound - Crescent Rock Trail - Limberlost trail - Old Rag Fire Road - Robertson Mountain Trail - Weakley Hollow Fire Road -Berry hollow fire road - Road 600 - White Oak Parking.
