Hand carved chopsticks are part of my personal commitment to using every last piece of wood that I can. Each pair has a bit of a story, because it’s related to something larger. Many of the chopsticks are traditional like these mahogany ones, but I also make more free-form chopsticks from the fruit trees in my yard. You’ll regularly find apple and peach wood chopsticks at the Etsy store, and sometimes apricot and others from friends trees.
