Bigger than a “mini-shelf”, this is a two-level, two-wood
piece. The vertical is made of Cherry and the shelves are made of Sycamore. The main (lower) shelf is complemented by a small nub of a shelf at the top.
The surfaces of the wood are finished but the front edges have been left as they came from the sawyer; crafted by nature.
Hangs on the wall using two keyhole hangers embedded in the back of the vertical piece; they hook unto screws driven into the wall.

Your work is beautiful. I was wondering if you do custom shelves?
We’ve been renovating a house in Maine with a mid century/japanese/modern look and a larger version of “small live edge shelf No. 9″ is exactly what I have been looking for – the shape of the central vertical piece is lovely and the combination of woods and the live edge is perfect. Unfortunate I need something much bigger; bigger actually than any of the shelves you are currently offering on the etsy website. Ideally – one or two vertical pieces about five feet in length with 4/5 shelves of varying lengths and widths but at least a couple about 10″ wide.
If you were interested, I would be so happy. Your piece would really make the room.
